Sterling Structures was recently awarded a CM @ Risk contract with Aransas County Independent School District. The contract will include new construction of the 107,000 square foot Live Oak Learning Center and a new addition/renovations to the existing Fulton Learning Center. Both projects will be constructed under the $27,600,000 bond program.

The groundbreaking was a kid-friendly event, as captured in the photo above. Participants included the Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Joey Patek, the Project Architect, Mr. Tom Ferrell of Ferrell Brown Architects, Project Consultant, Mr. Ken Leach of Leach and Associates, and Live Oak Principal, Mrs. Robin Rice.
