Jay Carlton, President

Twenty-eight years experience in commercial construction. Co-founder, president and shareholder of Sterling Structures, Inc. since 1997. Held project manager positions with Harrop Construction (Houston), Trammel Crow (Houston) and The Pinkerton and Laws Company (Atlanta). Currently serves as a board member for the Houston chapter of Associated General Contractors Association. Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University with degree in construction science.

Mike Gordy, Vice President

Thirty-six years experience in commercial construction. Co-founder, vice president and shareholder of Sterling Structures, Inc. since 1997. Held construction coordinator position with Katy Independent School District, as well as project manager positions with Harrop Construction (Houston), Repcon Commercial Contracting (Corpus Christi) and Dyad Development Company (Houston).
